This Limited Service Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Techquencher

 

What does this limited service warranty cover?

During the Limited Service Warranty Period, Techquencher will send the item to Nitecore Main Office for repair after assessment of the problem. 

 

What will we do to correct problems?

As per the repair of the product. Labor for repairing the product would be free but there would be a charge fee for the replacement parts.

 

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Techquencher is 360 days from the date of purchase.

 

Warranty service is rendered NULL AND VOID if

  1.  Failure or damage caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
  2.  Failure or damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance (for details please refer to the user manual)
  3.  Damage caused by battery leakage.
  4.  Damage caused by improper maintenance
  5.  Water Damage
  6.  Ordinary wear and tear/colour fading
  7.  Products whose series number are defaced or complete series number are unavailable
  8.  Damage caused by misuse or accidental occurrence (such as drops or impacts)
  9.  Damage caused by incorrect battery insertion (reverse polarity) or battery leakage

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
