We hope you are satisfied with your new product. Techquencher has created a fair product after-sales service policy. You can return, exchange, or repair products according to the provisions and terms of this policy, and we will provide you with relevant services.
1. Warranty Products
This service policy only applies to products sold through official channels of Techquencher Philippines ( Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and Facebook ).
I. Terminology
a. Main Unit: A complete set of functional components.
b. Accessories: Any replaceable, non-functional components whose absence does not affect the independent use of the product. Examples include USB charging cables, lanyard, holster and clips .
c. Complete Unit: A complete set of included accessories combined with the main unit, Manual documentation and undamaged packaging.

3. Warranty Policy
7-Day Free Return, Exchange, and Warranty: Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if the main unit of the product experiences a performance failure due to non-human-caused damage, you can choose to receive an exchange for a product of the same model and specifications or choose free repair.
1 Year Service Warranty: Within 1-Year from the date of purchase, if the main unit of the product experiences a performance failure due to non-human-caused damage, you can choose to return the product for inspection/assessment and avail of the free service repair.
***Service Warranty Repair: Within the service warranty period, if the main unit of the product experiences a performance failure due to non-human-caused damage, you can enjoy free repair service.
4. The Following Situations are not covered by the free return, exchange, and warranty:
-Damage caused during transportation or handling during return, exchange, or repair.
-Damage caused by any unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
-Damage caused by unforeseen factors or human error, such as broken wires, deformed casing, corrosion, broken plugs, liquid ingress, drops, or improper voltage input.
-The serial number (SN) barcode is torn off, damaged, or illegible.
-The warranty period has expired.
-The malfunction or damage is caused by force of nature events (such as fire, earthquake, flood, typhoons etc.).
5. Warranty Coverage After Repair, Return, or Replacement:
After inspection by the After-Sales Service Center confirms a quality issue and completes repair/replacement, the original warranty period will still applies.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Repair Guidelines Before returning, exchanging, or sending for repair, please ensure the following items are complete:
Return: Main unit, accessories complete, packaging intact, gifts (if any)
Exchange: Main unit, accessories complete, packaging intact
Repair: Main unit, necessary accessories for operation
When sending for repair, the product must undergo testing by our after-sales team. After confirming the fault, our after-sales team will determine the appropriate repair plan.
For products within the free service warranty period, replacement part will be charged to customer, and returned according to these regulations within the warranty period. If replacement is an option and chosen by the consumer, Techquencher can only initiate 1 replacement per Order ID.
If a product does not meet the warranty conditions and requires payment, sales center will charge the consumer a repair fee.
7. Shipping Cost
Shipping Cost of Returns, Exchanges, and Repair. From and To the consumer will be shouldered by the consumer/buyer.
